Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volvo and Subaru vehicles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

Conduct thorough inspections to ensure safety and performance standards.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle needs and recommendations.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Subaru or Volvo technician, preferably Subaru.

ASE certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with automotive systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
