In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D BIM models in Revit based on LiDAR point cloud data and existing conditions documentation. The Designer will play a key role in transforming reality capture deliverables into accurate, engineering-ready CAD and BIM outputs for industrial, commercial, and construction environments.

It is vital to ensure that every drawing and model is complete, precise, well-organized, and aligned with project standards. The role also includes coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to support design workflows, maintain consistency across deliverables, and meet required schedules and accuracy expectations. This position includes a structured onboarding program, after which the Designer is expected to execute production work independently and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements.

The ideal candidate is extremely proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, has strong knowledge of point cloud-based modeling workflows, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional coordination calls or project support needs as required.

    Key Responsibilities:

Lead BIM coordination and design efforts for various projects, working closely with architectural and MEP teams to ensure model consistency and clash-free designs.

Create, modify, and manage Revit 3D models and 2D AutoCAD for architecture and MEP systems, maintaining high accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

Convert point cloud data into detailed Revit 3D models and 2D AutoCAD, ensuring precision in the transformation of As-Built conditions to digital format.

Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution meetings with relevant project teams, ensuring streamlined integration across disciplines.

Support project managers by aligning BIM deliverables with project schedules, scopes, and budgets, and assisting in project documentation and as-built creation.

Create, update, and maintain Revit templates and CAD standards, promoting efficient workflows and model consistency.

Maintain accurate project documentation, model updates, and BIM logs, ensuring a clear project history for handover and compliance purposes.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, model updates, and schedule milestones.

Work independently and manage time effectively, pursuing development of CAD skills and seeking guidance when necessary.
