    Job Description

    AutoExec Inc., the leader in mobile office solutions, is currently seeking a highly organized and ambitious Customer Service Representative to work full time onsite at our Kentwood office location. This position is a hybrid of customer service/administrative support and inside sales.

    Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be extremely detailed with a focus on follow-through. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from day one and there is opportunity for advancement for the right, successful candidate.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    · Performing a variety of customer service and administrative tasks such as processing orders and returns, answering phones, helping with customer orders and questions, creating labels, shipping, document creation, data entry, managing filing systems, inventory updating, payment processing and many other office related tasks.

    · Handling customer accounts-- billing and order inquiries, order tracking, quoting, freight quoting

    · Ability to prioritize daily tasks and projects

    · Strong Administrative and organizational skills

    · Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments

    · Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

    · Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as data management

    · Organizing the office layout and maintaining equipment and supplies

    · Social Media posting and content sharing

    ABOUT YOU

    · Must be reliable, trust worthy and dependable with ability to work alone at times

    · E-commerce experience preferred

    · Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

    · Experience with Quickbooks helpful

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Have at least 2 years of related customer service experience in a professional office environment

    · Have a valid driver's license

    · Be at least 18 years of age with High School Diploma, college degree preferred

    Hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Starting hourly salary is $15-17 depending on skills and experience. Family-owned and friendly with office dog/s, offers medical benefits, vacation and PTO, casual dress. Background check required.
