    We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team of professionals!  In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for networking and identifying clients in need of roofing services, selling our roofing services, managing the roofing project throughout the project cycle, and maintaining constant communication with clients to make sure they receive the highest quality results and customer service.  Must be very professional, have superior communication and time management skills, be able to multitask, and know your way around electronic devices for using company software and CRM. We offer an uncapped commission-based payment structure, ground up and hands-on training as well as a fun, fast-paced team-oriented working environment. Apply today to learn more about our team! Responsibilities: • Establish, build and maintain potential client relationships through networking via professional groups, social media, and establishing personal networks. A solid network tends to yield a continuous book of business. • Sell our roofing services by conducting sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing clients. • Oversee the planning and the delivery of the roofing project cycle. • Coordinate with our Operations team to carry out project production list. • Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the project cycle to ensure client satisfaction. • Attend weekly sales team meetings via Zoom and in person. • Attend scheduled team field training sessions.
