Autograph Foliages is a family owned and operated manufacturer and wholesaler of artificial plants, trees, Christmas trees, and holiday décor items. The company was founded in 1971 in Texas but was purchased by the current owner in 1979 and moved the headquarters to Cleveland. Since then, they have been an industry leader in the fabrication of artificial trees and foliage.
Responsibilities :
Under general supervision, the Accounting/HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily accounting and human resources needs of the organization. These include, but are not limited to, bank reconciliations, assisting with payroll processing, and assisting with benefits administration. This position reports directly to the Accounting/HR Manager. With the accounting department, the Accounting/HR Assistant strives to provide exemplary customer services to internal as well as external customers, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

The company utilizes Sage 100 accounting system, so those with Sage experience will be preferred, but not necessary.
Starting Salary: negotiable.
Not including: yearly Bonus pay and additional benefits.
