Manufacturer and Wholesaler of Artificial plants and trees, Christmas Trees and Holiday Decor items.

Responsibilities:

Seeking an outgoing individual with a passion and knowledge for plants, horticulture, or floral background, and enjoys socializing! This is customer service in a specialized industry, creating B2B relationships with plantscaping industry.

Candidates will interact with incoming clients via phone calls (no cold calling) or by email, and occasionally in person. Daily sales tasks include heavy customer service support, maintaining company/client relationships, taking and processing incoming phone sales, upselling by suggesting alternatives for out of stock items, promoting and educating clients about products and product lines, creating price quotes, tracking orders, assist with product issues and returns, and making follow up calls. Occasional Face to face selling products to existing and local customers in our showroom or tradeshows. Light travel required to trade shows.

Located near downtown Cleveland. Easy access to I90.

Qualifications:

1. Some Light Travel Necessary - 1x or up to 3x per year, if needed. Varies year to year. 5 to 8 days / per trip.
2. College Degree 2+ years preferred (basic courses) or Certification/ Courses in Horticulture or prior experience within the industry.
3. Basic to Intermediate computer skills (Required) - Microsoft Office / Email
4. ERP Software / Order Reports
5. Possess ability to solve intermediate problems and/or multi-task
6. Competitive and Outgoing-Natured (Required)
7. Ability to work well with others.
