    • Responsible for the Company’s global tax matters reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer
    • Responsible for all domestic and international direct and indirect taxes of the Company including tax planning, tax compliance, tax accounting, acquisitions & dispositions, and tax audits.
    • Provides C-Suite and Business Unit leadership with technical and strategic tax guidance in a “Business Partner” relationship.
    • Manage and oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740 guidelines.
    • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of tax audits and financial reporting requirements.
    • Work directly with and manage external tax service providers to complete federal, state, and international income tax compliance and reporting.
    • Lead the preparation and review of franchise tax returns, sales / use returns, property tax returns, escheat filings and annual reporting.
    • Lead in the pursuit, analysis and reporting of all tax incentives, credits, and abatements.
    • Manage preparation of cash forecasts related to income taxes, property taxes, and sales and use taxes.
    • Manage special projects, including R&D tax credit and transfer pricing studies.
    • Assist with due diligence, analysis and reporting on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as requested.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and international tax laws and regulations.
    • Perform complex research, analysis, compliance, and accounting assignments for the Tax Department.

    This full-time salary-exempt role is a part of our Finance team and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, master’s in taxation or Masters “in process” preferred, CPA a plus.
    • Minimum of 12 years’ experience as an Assistant Tax Director, Tax Manager, Senior Tax Accountant or Supervisor capacity in private industry or public accounting, with a focus on international taxes and Accounting for income taxes, and 10 years of management experience.
    • PC and network literacy, including tax preparation software, tax research software, spreadsheets, word processing and graphics software.
    • Working knowledge of tax depreciation software
    • Ability to do complex research and effectively communicate the results.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, team building and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work projects.
    • Must be able to perform with a high degree of accuracy.
