    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Evaluate production set-ups to ensure quality requirements are met by performing 1st piece approvals for production.
    • Ensure quality technicians are properly assigned and trained and day to day processes are being followed and maintained.
    • Ensure product quality requirements were maintained throughout the run by performing last piece approvals for production.
    • Assist Operations in ensuring Production Operators complete the required quality inspections (hourly checks/active inspection).
    • Conduct gage and fixture studies as required.
    • Assist production floor personnel in the use of statistical techniques and in the use of gages and fixtures.
    • Monitor, support & assist in product Escalation, Isolation & Containment of defective material.

    This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Quality Manager.

    Required experience:

    • Education : Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in field: 2-4 years’ experience in related field. Experience using micrometers, calipers, scales, taper gauges, and high gauges.
    • Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
    • Leadership -mentoring, training, and coaching associates.
