    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Coordinate line activities with the production supervisor and work team.
    • Provide leadership and promote positive morale and assure a total team concept.
    • Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team.
    • Develop and manage die PM schedules for long term and mini PM's.
    • Support die change operation.
    • Communicate line issues to supervisors on other shifts, plus communicate the overtime schedules to the work team.

    This full-time, salary role is a part of our Clinton team and reports to the Tool & Die Manager.

    Required experience:

    • Journeyman in Tool & Die (Preferred) or related experience/education.
    • Manufacturing experience in Stamping and Welding.
    • Automotive experience
    • Die Repair: 2 years (Required)
    • Die Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
