    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Coordinates and follows through on sample submissions involving initial samples, engineering changes, prototypes, and pilots.
    • Prepares all sample submission documentation and submits to appropriate customer personnel.
    • Communicates with and offers guidance and training to production associates and quality technicians.
    • Reviews all supplier PPAP information and is responsible for acceptance or rejection.
    • Prepares and updates inspection instructions, first piece set-up reports, incoming inspection reports, fixture certification, control plans and other necessary documentation.
    • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
    • Addresses and follows through on in-house and customer issues.
    • Performs periodic LPA audits and follows up on activities.
    • Assures that all corrective actions are submitted on a timely basis to the customer and that all preventive actions are verified to prevent recurrence of the issue.
    • Travels to customers and suppliers as necessary.

    This full- time salary role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Skills :

    · Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to work with the following software packages or programs:

    · Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

    · Effective email and electronic communication skills are required.

    • Ability to work with the following tools or machinery.
      • Micrometers
      • Calipers
      • Scales
