JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to come in and work our first, second, or third shift.

JOB DUTIES:

In this role, you'll need to be able to step in and install, replace, and repair components such as valves, gauges, pumps, etc. We'll need you to carry out preventative maintenance and oversee all plant areas to check for any robotic, mechanical, or electrical issues. If there are any issues that arise in the plant, we'll need you to troubleshoot these problems.

We'll need someone that can check all electrical equipment for issues and can seal pumps or replace filters. We're also looking for someone that's a team player.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

We need someone can that can keep their workspace clean and can communicate well with any and all supervisors/personnel to resolve any issues that may come up. We also hope to find someone that has a basic understanding of Quality Management systems and Environmental Management Systems.

WHAT'S REQUIRED IN THIS ROLE TO BE CONSIDERED:

We need someone that has earned an Associate's degree in a similar field. If you are enrolled in any type of qualified program that's even better.

We also need someone that has past experience in maintenance, has experience with both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and has worked specifically with hydraulics and pneumatics.

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

•  Allen-Bradley programmable controllers, HMI's, and Panel Views.
• Knowledge of VFD's, AC Motors, Electrical Testing Equipment, Fanuc Robotics, ABB, or Gas Metal Arc Welding.

You'll also stand out if you work well independently but also work well in a team. In this position, you'll need to be flexible as your work hours may change depending on demand.

OTHER INFORMATION:

We need someone that can operate lift trucks, chemical transport, and waste disposal. We need someone that has a valid driver's license and can communicate well with other departments when needed.

In this role, you'll operate the material handling process and wastewater treatment systems and need to react to any alarms or issue in order to diagnose and resolve any issues.

You will also perform and record preventative maintenance inspections each day and carefully organize empty chemical containers for shipment.
