    Engineering Manager

    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to be:

    · Provide leadership, and direct and manage engineering operations to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction. Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.

    · Direct engineering department process improvements and corrective actions.

    · Provide leadership essential to maintaining safety as a fundamental priority in department-based activities.

    This full-time, salary role is a part of our Engineering team and reports to the Plant Manager.

    SUCCESS FACTORS:

    · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in Engineering or Engineering cross discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.

    · Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in an automotive/metals/assembly environment, and two (2) years of management experience. Demonstrate an established record of approachability, confidentiality and ability to problem solve in addressing HR functions with a strong understanding of business operations.

    · Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
