To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Monitor production plans and provide corrective action as necessary.
• Educate associates in proper procedure of company policy, safety and quality issues, and production requirements.
• Monitor machinery and equipment. Write work orders when necessary.
• Communicate necessary information to associates.
• Continue focus and improvement in housekeeping through 5's.
• Oversee set-up on work centers ensuring quality performance and proper documentation.
• Monitor required Quality documentation at each specific operation. Ensure all applicable checks on inspection sheets, SPC charts, etc. are being properly completed with any applicable notations/comments.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Avon team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• Experience with Progressive and Transfer presses.
• Experience in field: 2 years or more.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
