Maintenance Manager

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Managing associates in the Maintenance department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
- Develops preventive maintenance program (PMI/PMIR) in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
This full-time, salary role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Plant Manager.
Required experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in maintenance.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
