Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Commission-Only Cold Callers to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with Construction and Contracting Companies to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities. This position offers an exciting commission-only structure, providing you with the potential to earn over $10,000 per month. It's a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals with exceptional communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to Construction and Contracting Companies to introduce our services and establish interest.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our lead generation and marketing services, addressing potential clients' needs and challenges.
• Generate and qualify leads, identifying decision-makers and key contacts within target organizations.
• Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our Sales team with interested prospects.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture and close deals successfully.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to position our services competitively.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, or sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-only sales environment.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic sales setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using virtual communication tools for calls and meetings.
• Results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prior experience in construction or contracting industries is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation: This position offers a commission-only compensation structure. Successful Cold Callers have the potential to earn over $10,000 per month.
