    What You’ll Do

    • Own and grow a product line from strategy through execution
    • Build and execute a multi-year product roadmap
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Identify and launch new products—from concept through commercialization
    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, suppliers, and marketing teams
    • Define product requirements, pricing, and positioning
    • Support product lifecycle decisions, including improvements and end-of-life planning
    • Provide high-level technical support and product expertise

    What You Bring

    • Background in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 7+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls
    • Strong knowledge of power supplies and circuit protection components
    • Experience with industrial automation technologies (PLCs, HMIs, drives, etc.)
    • Ability to analyze markets, manage projects, and influence product strategy
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    Bonus Experience

    • Product management or application engineering background
    • Familiarity with UL, CE, CSA, or other regulatory standards
    • Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
    • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
