Summary - Automation Controls Validation Technician: We are seeking candidates with some exposure to automation and controls panel equipment for a role that will be centered around testing control panels prior to shipping out for installation.  In this role you would be responsible for inputting programs, verifying functionality, and inputting serial numbers associated with the panels. 

Shift: This is a day shift position with potential for overtime and little to no travel. 

Responsibilities - Automation Controls Validation Technician:

• Work with team responsible for loading and programming software into Industrial PCs (IPC) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Verify the functionality and accuracy of programmed equipment.
• Accurately enter and manage serial numbers and other essential data in the database.
• Input programs into radar scanners and ensure their functionality.
• Provide troubleshooting support for control panels and associated instrumentation.
• Maintain organized documentation and records of tasks completed.

Qualifications - Automation Controls Validation Technician:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity and practical experience with PLC and IPC equipment preferred 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferred experience troubleshooting control panels and instrumentation.
• Ability to manage and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
