JOB SUMMARY

We are always looking for a number of Automation Professionals with experience in Control Systems or Robotic Applications and/or a combination of both skills for positions on Site at our clients facilities in Holland / Grand Rapids and Surrounding Areas

JOB DESCRIPTION

Will be responsible for supporting installation, Start-up and debugging of Various Automation Projects for Manufacturing.

Experience working with STUDIO 5000 Software and AB PLC’s and HMI's at Clients Facilities

or

Support installation of Robotic Applications including Welding or Assembly or Paint/Sealerint or Material Handling Systems. Familiar with Robotic Simulation such as Fanuc RoboGuide Software, or ABB-RobotStudio, or Kuka-SimPro is a big plus. Review and Evaluate Mechanical designs of tooling and EOAT

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Support Hardware/Software Design review ability to evaluate and approve drawings (Mechanical/Electrical).

Experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

Work closely with the Project Manager, providing Field Service & technical support.

Help write operation manuals when required and give training classes at customer facilities when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have Min 3+ years of hands-on field experience in US installing automation.

Ability to travel out of town is required up to 30%.
