Technical Source is currently in search of an Automation Manager for an engineering service firm in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. Up to 50% travel to client sites will be required. The qualified candidate should have experience leading a team of Automation Engineers.

Responsibilities of the Automation Manager include:

• Program/Troubleshoot PLC-Based Control Systems
• Project Planning and Execution
• Build Strong Relationships with Clients
• Collaborate with Other Departments
• Conduct Performance Reviews

Qualifications of the Automation Manager include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field
• 10+ Years of Automation Experience
• Expert Level Knowledge of PLC-Based Controls Systems (Rockwell/Allen Bradley Preferred)
• Knowledge of SCADA Systems (GE iFIX Preferred)
• Willing to Travel up to 50%
