    Your Day-to-Day

    • Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end robotic automation systems across mechanical, electrical, and software domains

    • Guide and manage small, highly technical automation teams—setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and driving delivery

    • Develop and implement robotic control algorithms for motion, sequencing, and task execution

    • Write, test, and refine automation software to support diverse laboratory and industrial use cases

    • Integrate robotic platforms with laboratory equipment, instruments, and LIMS environments

    • Design intuitive user interfaces that simplify operation of complex automated systems

    • Oversee testing, validation, and performance analysis to ensure safety, reliability, and quality compliance

    • Maintain clear, thorough technical documentation—from system architecture to user guides

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

    • 10+ years of hands-on experience in robotics or automation, with proven project delivery and people management experience

    • Deep understanding of robotics principles, kinematics, and control systems

    • Strong programming experience with C++ and Python; familiarity with ROS highly desirable

    • Experience with PLC and SCADA systems (strong plus)

    • Background in system integration within laboratory or industrial environments

    • Knowledge of robotic safety standards and best practices

    • Analytical, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills

    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
