Your Day-to-Day
Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end robotic automation systems across mechanical, electrical, and software domains
Guide and manage small, highly technical automation teams—setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and driving delivery
Develop and implement robotic control algorithms for motion, sequencing, and task execution
Write, test, and refine automation software to support diverse laboratory and industrial use cases
Integrate robotic platforms with laboratory equipment, instruments, and LIMS environments
Design intuitive user interfaces that simplify operation of complex automated systems
Oversee testing, validation, and performance analysis to ensure safety, reliability, and quality compliance
Maintain clear, thorough technical documentation—from system architecture to user guides
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience in robotics or automation, with proven project delivery and people management experience
Deep understanding of robotics principles, kinematics, and control systems
Strong programming experience with C++ and Python; familiarity with ROS highly desirable
Experience with PLC and SCADA systems (strong plus)
Background in system integration within laboratory or industrial environments
Knowledge of robotic safety standards and best practices
Analytical, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
