Join a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods manufacturer as an Industrial Automation & OT Engineer supporting two local plants in the DFW area. In this critical role, you’ll drive plant automation strategy, manage industrial control systems, enforce cybersecurity standards, and act as the link between plant operations and corporate automation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and maintain industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, networks, hardware).
Lead OT cybersecurity efforts (Claroty, FactoryTalk Security).
Troubleshoot complex plant control systems.
Manage automation improvement projects and vendor access.
Maintain up-to-date network architecture and hardware/software life cycle.
Report on cybersecurity KPIs and participate in audits.
Support continuous improvement and enforce automation standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
5+ years in manufacturing automation/OT.
Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, SCADA/HMI (Ignition, Wonderware, FactoryTalk), industrial networking (OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial systems. (Cybersecurity Certification is a plus)
Skilled with AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office, and Windows server environments.
