    What You’ll Do

    • Respond quickly to radio calls from the logistics team to resolve automation issues.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot warehouse automation systems including shuttles, ASRS cranes, and conveyor equipment.
    • Use systems such as SCADA, HMI, GUI, and WMS to identify and resolve operational issues.
    • Conduct routine checks throughout the warehouse to identify faulty equipment or potential problems.
    • Clear minor equipment jams and resolve issues that do not require tools unless directed by a team lead.
    • Investigate recurring automation issues and report findings to the coordinator or maintenance system.
    • Support experienced technicians with entry-level maintenance tasks.
    • Document issues, repairs, and parts usage in maintenance systems and daily reports.
    • Maintain communication between maintenance and logistics teams to ensure production uptime.
    • Perform inventory checks for spare parts and tools.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across automation and maintenance processes.
    • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and environmental policies.

    What You Bring

    • At least 2 years of electrical or mechanical experience.
    • A degree in Mechatronics or a related field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science), currently enrolled, or willing to enroll in a relevant program or certification.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment.
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Basic understanding of warehouse operations such as receiving, replenishment, and picking.
    • Familiarity with HMIs and warehouse management systems.
    • Knowledge of safety procedures including lockout/tagout and equipment shutdown processes.

    Nice to Have

    • Exposure to PLC control systems.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
