Rose Legal Services LLC is seeking a full-time Automations & Integrations Specialist to support our operations team and improve the way our firm works every day. The Automations & Integrations Specialist will take the lead in developing, maintaining, and optimizing automations across platforms like Clio, LeadDocket, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT/AI, and other tools essential to the firm, and possibly assist us with a transition from LeadDocket to HubSpot. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and able to translate operational needs into smart, scalable workflows. This person will play a key role in helping our team work faster, smarter, and more consistently. Pay is commensurate with experience and location. This position is remote in India Responsibilities: Systems & Automation Development • Build, refine, and maintain automations using Make, Zapier, and other no-code platforms. • Integrate core systems such as Clio Manage, LeadDocket, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT or other AI platforms, phone systems, and internal databases. • Assist us with upgrading our CRM from LeadDocket to another system, such as HubSpot. • Create workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency across departments. Operational & Technical Support • Troubleshoot automation failures and system sync issues. • Audit existing workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Support the team by identifying opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement. Data & Reporting • Help maintain clean, accurate data across all integrated platforms. • Build dashboards or reports that support leadership with real-time visibility. • Assist with data migrations, imports, exports, and cleanup projects as needed. Cross-Team Collaboration • Work closely with operations, intake, admin, and leadership to understand workflow needs. • Document processes, automations, and SOPs clearly and consistently. • Serve as a resource for team members learning new systems or features. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will bring: • Proven experience in workflow automation, integrations, or systems administration. • Strong proficiency with Make, Zapier, LeadDocket, Microsoft Office, Chat/GPT or other AI platforms, HubSpot, and CRM/automation tools. • Experience with Clio Manage or other legal practice management systems (strong advantage). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processes independently. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members. • Reliable internet and the ability to work full-time in a remote environment. • A proactive mindset with a passion for building efficient, user-friendly systems. Candidates must have proven experience in legal-tech, SaaS automation, and advanced Clio, HubSpot operations. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, independently design and implement efficient systems, and optimize complex automations and integrations.
