    Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company. They are seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of President and guide the strategic direction of their organization. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing various aspects of the business, including strategy, business model, capital, organization, facilities, equipment, and finance. We are on the lookout for an individual with a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

    As the President, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market studies to identify needs, demographics, and competitive landscapes. Your role extends to developing and implementing strategies that define our enterprise strategy aligned with market dynamics. You will oversee the maintenance of facilities and personnel to support engineering functions, ensuring a robust response to market inquiries and troubleshooting any design and production issues that may arise.

    As President, you will define workflow among departments, evaluate organizational functions, and foster effective collaboration among various teams. Workforce planning, execution, compensation, and succession planning will be integral aspects of your role, as you determine goals, assess team effectiveness, plan key hires, and oversee personnel changes.

    Financial acumen is critical as you assess the company's financial requirements, execute capital budgets, manage cash flow, and review financial statements regularly with the CFO. Monitoring operating performance and managing data related to growth, costs, and risk will be key components of your responsibilities.

    Your leadership extends to shaping the company's culture, fostering accountability and performance among the Executive Management Team, and determining facility requirements and equipment availability for future growth or contraction. You will also play a vital role in developing financial controls and compliance policies, identifying and mitigating sources of risk, and enforcing corporate governance by-laws.
