Job Responsibilities

• Generate and revise complex assembly, weldment, and component detail drawings per the master Model layout or instructions
• Modify standard models to meet customer requirements by increasing or reducing the size of components, the design of minor new components, and verifying all elements for fit, form, and function.
• Manage budgeted hours and timelines

• Provide support activities to include:
  • Loading BOMs and drawings into SAP to fill replacement parts orders
  • Making drawing corrections.

Qualifications

• Ability to create complex mechanical engineering drafting and design work in Inventor or SolidWorks. AutoCAD is a plus.
• Machinery design experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of sheet metal and welding practices.
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical and engineering drafting.
• Engineering Technology Degree (a plus)
