    Our client is looking to increase growth in its engineering department and they are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong balance between hands-on practical experience and aptitude for software development and machine debug of custom automation machines. They work primarily in the life science and medical device industries.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering or related field with minimum GPA of 3.4
    • At least 3 years of hands on PLC programming RSLogix5000 from scratch.
    • 3+ years of wiring schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
    • Experience with software development, motion control, electrical design, machine vision, and/or robotics a plus and willing to train.
    • Strong effective interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Competent in MS Office: excel, word, power point.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to travel by air or car (estimated 15% max.)
    • US citizen or authorization to work permanently for any Employer in the United States
