In this role you will provide leadership, supervision, development and monitoring of daily activities for a team of 6 Design Engineers and Drafters to successfully design and deliver automated control systems.

You will support and facilitate workload sharing efforts across all locations, contribute to Corporate and Engineered Division initiatives including application of Lean principles, standardization efforts and Key Reporting Areas (KRAs). In addition to helping solve design issues and be a resource for the production team.

The skills you need:

• Experience leading a team.
• AutoCAD Electrical experience.
• UL 508A, knowledge.
• 5+ years of Industrial Automation/Controls knowledge and background.
• Experience in an industry that uses process controls
