    We are seeking a proficient Senior Controls Engineer with a comprehensive understanding of control systems to manage projects from inception to completion. This role involves customer collaboration, contribution to project quotations, system design, programming, and overseeing the entire project life cycle. Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA programming is crucial, with additional expertise in relational databases and computer programming considered a valuable asset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers to comprehend project requirements.
    • Contribute to project quotations, providing technical insights.
    • Design, build, commission, and deliver fully functional control systems.
    • Proficiently program PLCs and develop HMI/SCADA systems using platforms like Iconics, Citect, Intellution, Wonderware, etc.
    • Write detailed technical specifications, design guides, and user manuals.
    • Execute in-house system building and programming.
    • Simulate, test, and debug systems in-house prior to deployment.
    • Conduct system installations and startups at customer sites.
    • Offer technical support for systems via phone or on-site.
    • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely project completion.
    • Assume additional duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in control systems engineering.
    • Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA programming.
    • Strong written communication skills for technical specifications and documentation.
    • Experience with relational databases and computer programming is a plus.
    • Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Flexibility to assume additional responsibilities as needed.
