Are you looking for a leadership role where you will be in leading a team of top notch engineers? This position is responsible for managing all phases of engineering projects, including the conception, design, and initial project specifications phases.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the project timeline and budget, estimating and securing materials, and overseeing the engineering team (8 – 10 individuals) to ensure quality and timely project completion.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.

• Ten years of automation and control systems experience is required.
• PLC programming and HMI configuration and experience with onsite startups.
• Motion control system design and implementation.
• Test hardware and leads quality control.
• Completes and ensures accuracy of project documentation.
• Maintains regular and accurate daily service and expense reports.
• Coordinates billing and review, and approve invoices.
• Prepares proposal estimates and completes technical research.
• Provides technical content at sales meetings.
• Writes project briefs for larger projects, as needed.
• Responds quickly and courteously to service and support issues.
• Participates in weekly proposal and project coordination meetings.

• Travels to support project and sales requirements, up to 25% on average.

• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
