Well-rounded automotive accounting knowledge is required. Familiarity with CDK is a huge plus.

Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $23.00 - $29.00

Key Responsibilities

Process car deals through the dealership accounting system

Verify deal costs, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons

Reconcile inventory schedules, payoff schedules, and other related schedules

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Assist the Business Office Manager with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dealership accounting experience required

Professional and dependable with strong work ethic

Customer service–oriented with a collaborative attitude

Proficient in internet and computer use; CDK experience highly preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
