We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Autobody Estimator to join our growing auto repair shop. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience using CCC ONE (CCC1) and a solid understanding of collision repair processes. This role is key in ensuring accurate estimates, clear communication with customers and insurance partners, and smooth repair workflow.

Responsibilities

Write accurate and timely repair estimates using CCC ONE (CCC1)

Inspect vehicles and determine necessary repairs and costs

Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians

Manage supplements and updates throughout the repair process

Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards

Maintain organized documentation and job files

Provide excellent customer service from estimate to delivery

Requirements

CCC ONE (CCC1) experience required (certification strongly preferred)

Previous experience as an autobody/collision estimator

Knowledge of collision repair procedures and materials

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

CCC ONE certification

Experience working with insurance companies

I-CAR training or certifications (a plus)
