Qualifications: • Use CRM software: Accurately log all customer interactions and update records in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with the sales and service managers to prioritize leads and ensure smooth customer transitions. • Provide information: Answer questions about vehicles, promotions, and dealership services.
