Autos of Chicago-Arlington Heights is looking for a Body Shop Supervisor / Manager to take charge of our growing in-house body shop operation.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to step into a fresh, developing body shop with strong internal workflow and the ability to build additional business.

Responsibilities
Oversee all body shop operations and workflow
Manage repairs for dealership inventory and customer vehicles
Ensure quality control and timely completion of all jobs
Work closely with service and sales departments
Order parts and manage vendor relationships
Track labor, materials, and job profitability
Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop environment

Requirements
Body shop experience required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
Experience with estimating and repair processes preferred
