Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services. • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing information and assistance. • Manage and respond to online leads, ensuring a prompt and professional approach. Lead Generation: • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and relationship-building skills. • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and test drives for interested customers. • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and leads. Data Management: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM(E-LEADS) system. • Compile and analyze data related to customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive reporting. Customer Follow-up: • Implement follow-up processes to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. • Gather feedback from customers and communicate valuable insights to the management team. Collaboration: • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies. • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM(E-LEADS) systems and basic computer proficiency. • Excellent phone skills. • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. • Bilingual preferred(ENGLISH AND SPANISH).
