Company: ADAS Long Island Location: Long Island, NY Industry: Automotive – Post-Collision Calibrations, Programming & Diagnostics
ADAS Long Island, a fast-growing leader in post-collision ADAS calibrations, programming, and diagnostics, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to expand our relationships with collision repair facilities, dealerships, and automotive service centers throughout the region.
About the Role
This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and increasing market awareness of ADAS Long Island’s specialized services. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for shops navigating the rapidly evolving world of advanced vehicle technologies and OEM-required post-collision procedures. The ideal candidate will have collision industry sales experience
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard new collision repair partners and dealership accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, managers, estimators, and technicians
Educate customers on OEM ADAS requirements, calibration needs, scanning, programming, and documentation best practices
Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow regional market share
Attend industry events, training, and association meetings to represent ADAS Long Island
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Support existing clients to ensure exceptional service and retention
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of the automotive collision industry—ideally with experience in estimating, scanning/calibrations, or repair operations
Proven success in sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Long Island
Preferred Experience
Background in ADAS systems, post-collision repair procedures, or OEM documentation
Existing network of collision repair shops, DRPs, or dealership contacts
Understanding of major estimating platforms and insurance workflow
