In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We offer training to help ensure your success; including online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Core Responsibilities
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads for both sales & service in a timely manner.
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection & service issues.
Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Generate and prospect new customers through owner loyalty and dealership database.
Provide long-term follow up to our lease portfolio, manifests, and internal customer database.
Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication -- phone, e-mail, or in person.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
Research auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
Attend product and sales meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong phone and email communication.
High School diploma, or equivalent. College degree preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills in order to manage customer leads and follow up.
Attention to detail, superior time management skills.
Ability to work with computer applications including but not limited to email, web applications, and MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
