Responsibilities:

Oversee daily automotive service center operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

Lead, coach, and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors

Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns

Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop policies, and brand guidelines

Monitor quality control of all vehicle repairs and maintenance services

Requirements:

Previous automotive service management or shop foreman experience required

Strong knowledge of automotive repair.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with shop management software and point-of-sale systems

Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and profitability

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
