    We are seeking two experienced auto body repair technicians who are passionate about delivering top-notch repairs and craftsmanship. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment, working on a wide range of vehicles. We value quality and attention to detail, and we’re looking for technicians who share our commitment to excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform all categories of repairs from light cosmetic work to heavy non-drivable damage, ensuring all repairs meet factory specifications.

    • Read and comprehend repair orders and use them as a guide for efficient repair work.

    • Utilize both power tools and hand tools as needed to complete repairs.

    • Maintain effective communication with the front office and parts department to address parts needs and resolve any repair issues.

    • Lift and maneuver heavy objects regularly, with the ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally.

    • Work independently and exhibit strong problem-solving skills to navigate repair challenges.

    • Operate modern frame and unibody straightening equipment proficiently.

    • Use OEM service information to ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer standards.

    • Perform safe and proper welding; I-Car certification is a plus.

    • Exhibit strong communication skills to work effectively with fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment.

    • Maintain I-Car Certification and stay updated on the latest industry standards (company paid!).

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in auto body repair with a strong mechanical aptitude related to collision repairs.

    • I-Car, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

    • Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

    • Ability to work in a safe manner and prioritize safety on the job.
