An Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, both inside and out, ensuring they are presented in their best condition. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to ensure vehicles are spotless and ready for sale or customer delivery. Responsibilities: • Exterior Detailing: Wash, dry, wax, and polish vehicles to maintain a spotless and shiny appearance. Clean tires and rims and apply finishing products for a professional look. • Interior Detailing: Vacuum, shampoo, and clean all interior surfaces, including carpets, seats, and upholstery. Clean and sanitize the dashboard, console, and door panels. • Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a clear, streak-free finish. • Attention to Detail: Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or touch-ups, ensuring they meet quality standards. • Product Knowledge: Use appropriate detailing products and tools for optimal results. Stay updated on cleaning techniques and materials. • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are well-maintained. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor. Qualifications: Requirements: • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of automotive cleaning techniques, products, and tools. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive various types of vehicles. • Ability to stand, bend, and twist in small spaces. Desired: • Paint Correction experience. • Dent Removal experience. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
