What You'll Work On

Perform high-level mechanical, electrical, and system diagnostics, alongside official Virginia State Inspections.

Handle repairs across brakes, heating/AC, exhaust, transmissions, and 4WD systems.

Work with shop-provided scanners, diagnostic laptops, and top platforms like ALLDATA, Identifix, IATN—just bring your personal tools

What We're Looking ForActive Virginia State Inspection License (required).

3+ years of shop experience with strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean record; high school diploma/GED or equivalent tech education.

Ability to safely lift/carry 60+ lbs and possess your own hand tools.

ASE, UTI, or vocational certifications are a strong plus.
