An Automotive Engine Service Technician is responsible for repairing customer’s vehicles, performing factory required maintenance and inspecting vehicles for preventative procedures.

Automotive Engine Service Technician responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles correctly the first visit.
• Follow factory procedures and diagnosis data.
• Works with Service Advisors to provide corrective measures, costs, and time estimates.
• Works with Shop Foreman and Advisors to deliver vehicles in a timely manner.
• Achieves and Maintains Factory Required training and certification.
• Performs quality control checks and test drive after repairs.
• Follows repairs procedures and safety procedures correctly.
• Engine experience is a must.
• Uses equipment, and software to help diagnose and repair vehicles.
