Autos of Chicago is one of the largest independent dealerships in the Chicagoland area, with over 500 vehicles in inventory and a fast-growing sales operation. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Present finance products to customers.

Secure financing through our network of lenders.

Maximize dealership profitability through product sales while maintaining compliance.

Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources.

Structure deals and obtain lender approvals.

Review contracts and funding packages for accuracy.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.

Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize closing ratios.

Assist with special finance and challenging credit situations.

Requirements

Previous automotive F&I experience required.

Strong knowledge of RouteOne, DealerTrack, and lender programs.

Proven track record of product sales and profitability.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge.

Professional appearance and attitude.
