We are in search of an experienced F&I Director or F&I Manager that has strong work ethics, sales acumen, and high attention to detail.

What can the ideal candidate do?

The ideal candidate must possess the ability and skillset necessary to work in a fast-paced F&I department.

If you:

• Possess the ability to provide our customers with a consistent and compliant F&I experience

• Can present our consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner

• Can ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

• Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner

• Can track contracts in transit and secure funding in a timely manner

• Have great customer service and communication skills

• Desire to continuously learn and grow

• Can be available to work Saturdays as needed
