🔑 Your Role as Finance Manager:

As an Automotive Finance Manager at Legend Motors, you’ll be at the heart of our success — building deals, coaching team members, and helping our customers secure financing with confidence and transparency. You’ll be a key player in delivering a seamless, five-star car-buying experience.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Structure and close deals in line with lender and dealership guidelines

Analyze credit reports and secure approvals quickly and efficiently

Train and mentor sales staff on finance procedures and best practices

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders

Ensure all documentation and funding packages are accurate and complete

Present and sell finance products such as service contracts and credit insurance

Keep your office clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an F&I Manager (preferred)

Deep knowledge of financing regulations and ethical practices

Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to getting deals done right

Strong communication and leadership skills

A proactive, go-getter mindset with a passion for the automotive industry
