    New Franchised Auto Repair Shop

    Lead a brand-new franchised auto repair shop from the ground up. We’re hiring a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations, build a strong team, and drive results from day one.

    What You’ll Do

    Run daily shop operations: workflow, scheduling, and customer experience

    Hire, coach, and lead technicians and service advisors

    Ensure quality repairs, accurate estimates, and franchise standards

    Track KPIs (productivity, labor efficiency, sales, profitability)

    Manage expenses, compliance, and growth initiatives

    What You Bring

    Management experience in auto repair or a similar service business

    Strong leadership and accountability skills

    Comfort using shop systems and performance data

    Motivation to build and grow a new location

    First 90 Days

    30 days: Franchise training; learn systems, POS, workflow, fleet processes

    60 days: Warranty training; begin hiring and team development

    90 days: Fully lead the shop; implement processes; manage performance

    Pay & Benefits

    $85,000–$125,000 base + uncapped performance incentives (Top performers earn $100k+)
