Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive General Service/ Emission Technician to join our successful dealership service center.

As an Automotive GS & Emission Tech. you will be responsible for general repairs of vehicles and performing state emissions on vehicles.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Use of General mechanic tools

Assist with keeping shop area clean and safe

vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brakes etc.

Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections such as checking all lights, including brakes and tires. Driving customers, cars in and out of shop and performing state emissions testing. (Will Train on Emission Machine)

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

holding a valid drivers license

Qualifications

you also need hands-on experience, which can be gained through apprenticeship or on the job training

knowledge in basic repair and maintenance of vehicle

Strong customer service and communications skills are required
