EchoPark is seeking a Guest Loyalty Specialist to manage the post-sale guest experience, focusing on service-related concerns and ensuring high satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and online reviews. This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the automotive industry. Candidates with Service Advisor experience—minus the sales component—may thrive in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule repair appointments and greet guests in service lanes.
- Generate estimates, write repair orders, and follow up with guests.
- Act as the primary contact for mechanical or cosmetic concerns during the warranty period.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Provide loaner vehicles and ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Maintain transparent, timely, and friendly communication with guests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor in a dealership or aftermarket shop.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with OEM service schedules, warranty policies, and extended service contracts.
- Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
- Professional appearance and willingness to learn and take ownership.
