Respond to incoming leads via phone calls, online forms, email inquiries, chat support, and social media. • Qualify and convert leads into customers through engaging, consultative sales techniques. • Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer communications, and lead status. Customer Communication: • Proactively reach out to potential customers through email, calls, and online messaging. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns related to products/services. Product Knowledge: • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services. • Effectively present features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers. Sales Strategy: • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. • Work with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
