The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and a proven track record of high performance as a finance and insurance manager. This role supports automotive sales by building relationships, following sales processes, and upholding the highest ethical standards. Responsibilities: • Keep adequate stock of bank, state, and auto dealership forms on hand at all times • Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales • Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them • Offer aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts during each vehicle purchase and support the sales manager’s efforts • Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions Qualifications: • At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred • Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license are required • Mandatory understanding of foundational computer software programs such as MS Office • An ability to keep customers happy throughout the loan application process and communicate effectively is necessary Compensation: 100000 - 175000 yearly
