Our Oxnard Mazda finance office handles serious volume, and we need a manager who can keep every deal clean, compliant, and fast. If you've spent at least two years in auto sales or F&I, carry a strong CSI record, and can explain a service contract so a customer actually understands what they're buying, we'd like to talk. You'll work alongside our sales team to structure deals, place loans with the right lenders, and present aftermarket products with full transparency — no pressure, no surprises at signing. Responsibilities: • Offer aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts during each vehicle purchase and support the sales manager’s efforts • Meet monthly finance department quotas for automotive sales, service contracts, insurance programs, and more • Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions • Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them • Maintain the highest ethical standards serving as a finance director and/or manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI) Present aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts on every deal, and support the sales manager on structure and turnover Hit monthly department targets for finance reserve, service contract penetration, and insurance products Keep every transaction compliant with federal, state, and local regulations — from paperwork and rate setting through funding with our lending partners Walk customers through their financing and payment options and help them land on the plan that genuinely fits their budget Uphold the highest ethical standards and protect our customer satisfaction index; the finance office is the last impression a buyer takes home Qualifications: • Mandatory understanding of foundational computer software programs such as MS Office • Completion or willingness to pursue the AFIP Certification designation is desired • Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license are required • Two or more years of experience working as a dealership finance or sales manager are required • Excellent customer service skills and devotion to a positive sales experience is a must Two or more years as a dealership finance manager or sales manager AFIP certification, or the willingness to earn it Working knowledge of MS Office and standard dealership software Valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record Strong customer service instincts and a commitment to a transparent, low-pressure sales experience Compensation: yearly
